Importance of food!

Food is essential –it provides vital nutrients for survival ,and helps the body function and stay healthy.

Nutritions in our daily diet helps for a healthy body, strong muscles ,bones and strong teeth.

Nutritions like protein we found in seafood ,meat ,eggs ,beans, peas ,nuts and seeds.

Our Fruit & Vegetables contain many vitamins and minerals that are good for our health too.

Fruit like: Strawberries, Oranges ,Apples.

A diet rich in vegetables and fruit can lower blood pressure ,and reduce the risk of heart disease.
