Almost 70% of our body consists of water. We as human beings need water to survive and to maintain our system. A lot of us don’t drink water at all but it’s the healthiest thing on earth. All food items contain water for e.g. Vegetables, Fruits, Meats etc.

We need water to cook our food, wash our bodies and even everyday duties like washing clothing. An average person should at least drink 8 glasses per day to provide your body with all nutrients and minerals. It cleanses your organs and body.
