More About Nicolette

Nicolette believes that children thrive where they are valued as individuals and where their needs for attention, approval, and affection are supported.

She takes time to work with them individually, in small groups, and sometimes with the entire class to help them develop their cognitive and social skills, their language abilities, and their interest in learning new things about the world and by teaching them to appreciate the world around them.

This teacher encourages children to participate in classroom activities and to honor the classroom rules. She has the necessary skills to discipline kids in a positive way. This helps them to learn to work together, play together and to resolve conflicts. Through small group play, they will learn that they won’t always get their way and sometimes have to compromise. She listens attentively to what the children say and expand upon their language, building their vocabulary and background knowledge.

Nicolette has dedicated her teaching career of 3 years to helping our most precious resources grow into responsible, competent learners. To her being an early childhood teacher is one of the most heart-warming benefits, because she has a personal interest and passion for helping young kids, and watching them learn and achieve.

She truly loves working with children and to her, it’s a dream come true.
