Acting as a support to the teacher when working in a group setting, she also provides one on one assistance for learners. Ilse, loves working with young children and demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with them. She possesses knowledge of proper childcare techniques and early childhood development theory.

Her patience and compassion sparks genuine interest in the learners and she ensures that each child gets the necessary support to develop, through playing and creative, learning activities. She has been part of a progressive school for 4 years, as an educator and has the confidence and ability to successfully handle difficult behavior.
